For confirmed orders, we produce high-detailed AutoCAD production drawings,
and a prototype that serves as the master for production.

Our workshop is built around disciplined processes, well calibrated machinery,
and a team trained to work with tight tolerances.
We combine industrial level carpentry with semi-automatic machinery to achieve clean joinery,
reliable constructions, and consistent accuracy.

Third-party Quality Assurance (TQA) services with companies such as Intertek or SGS
can be arranged on request for testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) purposes.

We advise and offer finishing systems according to the material, design intent, and exposure conditions. Surface preparation follows defined sanding sequences using both conventional manual techniques and widebelt machining. Our drywall spray booth, equipped with CRI 95 LED lighting, supports precise colour and texture control. We offer water-based, solvent-based, and oil-based systems, working closely with internationally established coating brands. Datasheets and test panels can be provided upon request.

We collaborate with trusted partners for both outdoor cushions and indoor seating,
using only verified brands and materials.
Product datasheets are available for the components used in our upholstery build-up.

We develop custom boxing and inner-packaging methods based on the customer’s requirements.
A detailed boxing drawing is provided for approval and used to guide the packing process.
We print the required references on each box and ensure all items are secured for safe transport.

We sell under the incoterms Ex-Factory (EXW) or Free on Board (FOB), depending on the client’s preference. Domestic and international door-to-door logistics can be arranged through our trusted logistics and forwarding partners. We provide V-Legal and/or FLEGT documentation.
