From rough board to refined finish.

The Material Grading Process

We maintain a large in-house stock of kiln-dried teak boards, serving as the primary material for our production.
Our team works with teak at every stage: grading, cutting, processing, sanding, and finishing.
This expertise also extends to reclaimed teak. While teak remains our main focus,
we have extensive experience with other hardwoods, including European oak, bankirai and mahogany.
Regardless of the species, we apply the same disciplined selection process to ensure both structural and visual expectations are met.

  • No defects that could permit structural integrity or durability are compromised…
All visible surfaces are color- and grain matched.
All laminated components are color- and grain matched.

  • Considering the source of the timber.
